COLLEGE STUDENTS GET FREE MATTRESS & BOXSPRING PICK-UP AND RECYCLING IN CHARLESTON ZIP CODES 29401 AND 29403.
Step 1) Place your mattress and/or boxspring curbside as you would on large trash collection day.
Step 2) COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW notifying BedShred that there are items available for pick-up (mattresses and boxsprings only). Include any instructions that may be helpful.
Step 3) Your part is done. BedShred will be by to collect the items ASAP. We are limited by time, space and budget, but we will collect as many mattresses and boxsprings as we can. Those items remaining, or deemed unfit for recycling will be removed by the City of Charleston.
